Offered is Parker GHE 20 Gauge serial number 236485 made circa 1934 very near the transiton of Parker shotgun manufacture from Meriden Connecticut to Illion New York and Remington. It is a 20 Gauge GHE with 26 inch IC and Modified Parker Special Steel Barrels. Also of interest are the factory Parker single trigger, large fore end and skeet style checkered butt. This shotgun was certainly made in the skeet style as 1934 was early in the days of skeet shooting. Condition is excellent to nearly new looking overall. Either a DelGrego Sr early restoration or a Remington factory job. All finishes are nerly 100% and all mechanics as well as the bores are excellent. Very pretty wood and great dimensions; Length of pull is 14 inches, drop at comb is 1 1/2 inches and drop at heel is 2 3/8 inches. Weight is 7 lbs. Chambers are 2 3/4 inches. This is a fantasic optioned up Parker small bore in nearly new condition.
