LC Smith 20 Gauge ejector Double barrel.  Serial number is S 21389 and the year of manufacure is 1947.  Condition is NEAR MINT with all of its original vibrant case coloring.  The original trigger guard blue, barrel blue and wood varnish are also near perfect.  The barrels re 28 inches choked modified nd full with mint bores.  Double triggers and EJECTORS.  The fore end does have a nerly undetectable crack repair to its back portion that was done done correctly and is solid.  The original hard rubber butt plate is present with a length of pull of 14 1/8 inches to the front trigger.  The drop at heel is 2 1/2 inches and the drop at comb is 1 1/2 inches.  Weight is light at just over 7 pounds.  We have not seen a better original LC Smith 20 gauge from this era that wasn't still in its originl box.  This one would be nearly impossible to upgrade.  Priced right for a very pretty original shotgun.
