Ordering Details and Policies
1. If you are interested in purchasing an item from our site, please contact us.
2. If you contact us, we will usually reply promptly. However, due to the nature of this business, there may be times when we are traveling trying to find new items, so please be patient. We will do our best to return all inquiries in a timely manner.
3. All Firearms are sold as Collectible only. We recommend you contact a qualified gunsmith prior to firing.
4. Shipping Information and Returns: Buyers have FIVE days to inspect items, beginning at delivery to you or your dealer. Any item may be returned for any reason within the FIVE day inspection period, provided:
a. Item is returned in the condition in which it was received.
b. Buyer must contact us prior to returning the item by phone or E-mail.
c. Returned items are fully refunded, less all shipping and insurance costs, as well as any other associated fees, such as auction fees, etc.
5. Payment Terms: Payments can be made by personal check, money order, bank certified funds. Any items purchased by personal check will not ship until the check clears. Buyers are encouraged to ask any questions they may have concerning any item prior to purchase. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
6. Shipping Insurance: If an item is somehow damaged in transit, please contact us and the carrier immediately. Our shipping insurance requires the buyer to retain all original packing, and allow the transit company to come by for an on-site inspection and pick up for return to us. All items shipped are insured for full retail replacement value.
7. All Pre-1898 weapons are considered antique under Federal law and do not require a Federal Firearms License in most states and locales. All post 1898 firearms will require a C&R or FFL to ship. Buyers of all Firearms must be at least 21 years of age and legal to purchase in his/her state of residence. Residents of states and locales with stricter guidelines that exceed the Federal laws must have items shipped directly to an FFL or Curio & Relics holder.
8. All items, except layaways, come with a guaranteed 5-day return policy during which time you may contact us via phone or email. If we don't respond to your email within 24 hours, please call to let us know your intent. Firing or taking the item apart will void return privileges.
9. Sales tax will be included when appropriate and required by law.
