Beautiful Sako Riihimaki Mannlicher .222 rifle that was upgraded long ago at Pachmayr.  The serial number is 24383 and the year of manufacture is 1955. The barrel is 20 inches in length.  The Pachmayr upgrade consists of some beautiful engraving and gold fill throughout this fine rifle.  The trigger guard has a really cool woodchuck on the bow.  The original French walnut Mannlicher stock is in great shape with some nice fiddleback grain.  The checkering is excellent and the original SAKO butt plate is present.  This rifle also has a Pachmayr side mount flip style scope mount with a nice period correct Weaver KV variable power scope.  The bore and mechanics are both excellent.  This is a very attractive engraved Pachmayr upgraded Sako Riihimaki .222 Rem. Mannlicher rifle for the collector.
